Refund policy

At VELMIR by Velmira1.in, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We strive to deliver premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition along with all tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories provided at the time of delivery. Products that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing tags may not qualify for return or refund approval.

Once your returned product is received and inspected by our quality team, the refund process will be initiated. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment mode used during purchase.

Certain product categories such as innerwear, beauty products, personal care items, customized products, gift cards, and clearance sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and business policies.

VELMIR reserves the right to reject return or refund requests if the request does not comply with our return conditions or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
